At Tones Color Lab, every service is performed with care, precision, and over two decades of professional expertise. Due to the customized nature of hair services, all services are final sale and non-refundable. Results may vary depending on individual hair condition, history, and adherence to aftercare instructions. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are committed to client satisfaction and may offer a service adjustment at our discretion. Any adjustments must be scheduled within 4 days of the original service and are limited to correcting the initial service performed—not creating a new or different style.
Please note the following:

No refunds will be issued for completed services under any circumstances

No refunds on chemical services, color services, or hair extensions

Dissatisfaction due to a change of mind is not eligible for adjustment
