Texas Legal Compliance & LLC Protection

This Agreement is entered into between the client and Tones Color Lab, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Limitation of Liability (Texas Law)

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Texas:

Client agrees that Tones Color Lab, LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Hair services, including but not limited to color, chemical treatments, and extensions
Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or unforeseen outcomes
Hair breakage, damage, or dissatisfaction with results

Indemnification Clause

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tones Color Lab, LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Failure to disclose accurate hair history
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Any third-party claims related to services performed

Assumption of Risk

Client acknowledges that all salon services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Chemical damage
Breakage or shedding
Variations in color results

Client voluntarily assumes all such risks.

Dispute Resolution (Texas)

Any disputes arising from services provided shall be:

First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
If unresolved, submitted to mediation in the County of Dallas, TX
If necessary, resolved exclusively in the courts of the County of Dallas

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Severability Clause

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
