Cancellation Policy

By reserving your hair reservation with Tones Color Lab, you agree to the following: - A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule - Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred once with proper notice - Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of deposit and or 40% of service will be charged to card on file - Arrivals over 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show and or 40% of service will be charged to card on file Texas Notice: All policies are enforced under the laws of the State of Texas.
